CHROMA Theory (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") is the data controller responsible for your personal data under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

2. Purpose of Collection

We collect and process your data solely for Research and Development (R&D) and to improve our AI-powered personal color analysis system. This includes:

• Analyzing your skin tone to provide personal color results.
• Training and improving our AI models for Asian skin tones.
• Adding you to our waitlist to notify you of launch updates (if you opt-in).

We do not use your data for marketing or sales purposes, nor do we sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Processing via Anthropic

To provide our services, your uploaded photos are processed via Anthropic PBC (USA). Anthropic acts as a data processor. By using our service, you consent to the cross-border transfer of your photo for processing in the United States.

4. Data Retention

• Original Photos: Retained for up to 30 days unless a deletion request is made.
• Anonymized Profiles: We may retain anonymized analysis results (e.g., your "season" result) indefinitely for scientific research and model improvement. These records do not contain any personal identifiers.
• Waitlist Emails: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

5. Your Rights
